At Oikos Café we offer an 8-week unpaid work experience programme that is designed to give you a taste of working in the hospitality industry. The experience you will get as a Café Worker is designed to help you develop the fundamental skills required to get a job in hospitality. From improving your teamwork and communication skills to honing your customer service ability, we are constantly looking to develop you through on-the-job training. Café Workers are vital members of our team and are expected to be willing and diligent, fulfilling duties with a positive attitude at all times. They ensure the smooth running of the Café by supporting their colleagues, so that together we can offer an excellent customer experience every time.
